Fall Family Fun

This past Sunday we decided to go outside and capture some Fall photos. Since we now live away from everyone we know and love at least we get to see the change of season, right? Well, the leaves have just began changing and it's November. It is very pretty to see though I must admit. We went down by the river on a walking trail. I must say it was beautiful, but not more beautiful than Michael, Matthew, Lindsey, and Laci. I am so blessed!
I love you guys!

Matthew's High Yellow Belt Test

Matt really enjoys TKD.
Matthew recently tested for his high yellow belt in Tae Kwon Do. He passed. Matthew is quickly moving up the belt colors in Tae Kwon Do. He has found that he really enjoys this sport. Pretty soon he'll be learning Olympic Style Sparring....I feel bad for the opponent...hehe!

Look at his face Grandma! Grandma and Papa Cotton sent Matthew the surprise he wanted!
Fun at the water park

Matthew turned 9 on November 1st. I can not believe that my baby boy is 9 already; where does the time go? It seems like just yesterday bringing him home from the hospital to our home in Lake Alfred. Matthew is such a special boy. He is intelligent, handsome, emotional, caring, and a momma's boy! Matthew will never be able to find a girl good enough for him from his momma's perspective...hehe!!
We spent Matthew's birthday at the Great Wolf Lodge in Williamsburg, VA. We had such a great time. They have a log cabin theme and an indoor water park. They keep the indoor water park area a warm 85 degrees year round. I can't begin to tell you all of the fun all of the kids had. They have pools, water slide rides, kiddie pools, hot tubs, wave pool, surfing area, etc. We were exhausted when we returned home but Matthew couldn't have had a better time!
Happy Birthday my sweet boy! I love you Matthew!

Happy Halloween!!

The crew getting ready to go out and Trick or Treat!
Daisy even had a costume!

My 3 Babies. Tinkerbell, Hannah Montana, and Ninja

The cutest Tinkerbell ever!

My ninja boy!

My secret pop princess!

My Pumpkin!
Happy Halloween everyone. We had a great time! Our house in NC is heavy with trick or treat traffic. We were warned before the festivities began and we had lots of candy. Can you believe we ran out of candy at 7:30. We probably had about 200 trick or treaters...and there were still droves coming when we ran out of candy. Michael walked the kids around the neighborhood and Matthew and Lindsey met up with some of their close friends to trick or treat! They wound up with more candy than we needed that is for sure! We had so much fun!

School Halloween Parties...

Matthew about to enjoy his treats.
Part of Matthew's 3rd grade class at the party.

Laci enjoying her cupcake!

Matthew, Lindsey, and Laci each had a Halloween party at school with their classes. I was able to attend Laci's and Matthew's parties. Lindsey's class was not calling it a party but a "special treat" so parents were not invited! So, as you may notice there are no pictures of her party but she did get to enjoy treats just like the rest of them! Matthew and Laci both really enjoyed their parties and ate plenty of sweets!

Sisters....

This was too cute to pass up. I was busy one morning and I came around the corner and found Lindsey reading a book to her little sis! It was so cute. Laci was really in to the story but particularly really in to her big sister. Lindsey has really took off on reading this year, she loves it.

My Rockin' Boys....

On his way to Nashville...hehe!
My Rockin' boys with their new guitars!

Matthew really enjoys it!

Michael and Matthew both wanted electric guitars for their birthday's this year. Michael's birthday is October 24th and Matthew's November 1st. Michael's mother bought Michael an electric guitar and went in with me to get Matthew an electric guitar with amp. The boys are so excited. They did get the guitars a little early but they haven't hardly put them down since. Michael and Matthew are now taking lessons together. I think this is such a special time for both of them to enjoy together learning a new skill. They are both really in to learning together! Thank you grandma for the presents!

My Sweetheart's Birthday....

Make a wish....
My beautiful family!

Michael's birthday was October 24th. He's officially as old as me if only for a few months...hehe! We had a family celebration at home. Michael got a shirt and tie from his mother...and an electric guitar! He's thrilled with that. We got him clothes..and shoes. And he got money from his brother and Allision along with my mother! He said he's using the money for guitar lessons...hehe! His people from the Sebring hospital also surprised him with football tickets to the Bucs (his fav team) and the Panther's game in December. He was so surprised. We ate dinner out and I made him hashbrown casserole for breakfast that morning. He had a great b-day! My next post will show the guitar's!

Laci's preschool Pumpkin Farm field trip!

It's the Great Pumpkin! This was the largest of the crop!

Mommy and Laci at the pumpkin farm!
Laci recently started a local preschool. The school meets on Tues/Thurs from 9-12. Laci is only going on Thursday's until the 1st of the year since we are still involved in Kindermusik. I'm having a hard time letting her go! It will give me some time during the week to volunteer at the school for Matthew and Lindsey and get other things done...but I miss her and she's only going 1 day a week at this point. We got to go to the pumpkin farm with her class. It was a lot of fun but also very tiring with a bunch of 2 year olds....hehe!!
